Lehigh University offers a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis through its College of Education. The 18-credit program is offered completely online, and it is intended for students seeking to boost their knowledge and abilities in employing evidence-based behavioral support methods in their current or future careers. The program features two main areas of study including applied behavior analysis and experimental analysis of behavior. Students study the effects of environment on behavior and examine various strategies to improve unfavorable behavior.

The courses in the ABA program include applied behavior analysis, K-12 classroom environment, and management, behavior analysts: ethics and professional conduct, autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based practices, positive behavior support, and single-subject research design. Lehigh University was established by Asa Packer in 1865 with the intent to create a high-quality institution for men in the nearby region. He gave a $500,000 donation to create the university. Federal Work-Study

The Federal Work-Study program enables eligible students to work on or off campus to earn money to pay for their college education. Students generally work less than 20 hours per week and are paid at least the current minimum wage every other week.
